Links North Carolina Yearly Meeting is the organization of Friends Meeting throughout the state. The Yearly Meeting is named after the meeting held annually in which every member meeting takes part in business meetings. The annual meeting is also held for youth, and they also discuss business of their own. Friends United Meeting is an international association of Friends Meetings and Churches, organized for evangelism, global partnership, leadership development and communications. High Point Friends School was founded by members of High Point Monthly Meeting in 1963. First established as a Preschool and Half Day Kindergarten, the school developed a strong reputation and quickly became a family tradition for many families. HPFS now teaches Preschool through 8th grade. |
